David L. Clark, CLU, CPCU

Mr. Clark received an undergraduate degree from North Texas University, Denton, and completed his graduate work at Indiana University, Bloomington.

Currently, Mr. Clark is Chairman of Real Benefits Association (www.rbausa.com), an independent, unaffiliated Union established in 2004. This organization offers, among other services, voluntary employee benefits to professionals and independent contractors across the country.

Mr. Clark serves as Managing Director of Contract Services, a consulting firm founded in 1995. CSC specializes in eCommerce for the insurance industry. Areas of particular expertise are Technology Transfer, Estate and Asset Protection, Mandatory and Voluntary Employee Benefits, and Professional Employer Organizations (Employee Leasing).

eMarketing LLC was formed by Mr. Clark in 2004 to fulfill an assignment from an insurance industry client. I-eM (Insurance-eMarketing) currently offers, under Mr. Clark's supervision, web based contracts of various online insurance products.

In 1991, Mr. Clark founded Contract Personnel Corporation, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) located in Northern New Jersey. He remained its President until 1993 when the company was sold to Digital Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded payroll service and temporary help company. Following the sale, he remained with DSI (TeamStaff) and served for two years as Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing, as well as President of Digital Insurance Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of DSI, which Mr. Clark founded.

Prior to 1990, Mr. Clark was Executive Vice President and co founder of a major regional multi-line insurance brokerage firm, CPI Insurance Group, which was sold in 1990 to a national firm.

During Mr. Clark's business career, he has been active in the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and is a current Hall of Fame member, and the Advanced Association of Life Underwriting (AALU). He has earned both the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designations. This dual certification places him in the top 1/10 of 1% of insurance professionals in America.

Outside of business, Mr. Clark has been active in the Metropolitan Opera Society, the Boy Scouts of America, served as Chairman of the New Jersey Multiple Sclerosis Society, and is a current board member of the Marilyn Horne Foundation.
