Prepaid Legal Shield
The Legal Shield gives you and your family 24-hour access to legal consultation if you are detained. What would you do if you or a covered family member were detained by a law enforcement officer for one of the following:
• Fraudulent criminal activity?
• An alleged theft?
• Causing a fatal accident?

Do you know what your rights are if you are detained?

The Legal Shield gives you:

1. Phone consultation on an unlimited number of matters regarding personal and/or business
issues.

2. A letter written or phone calls made on an unlimited number of personal issues for you and your family. It also includes 2 business letters written on your behalf.

3. An unlimited number of personal contracts and documents reviewed (up to 10 pages each).

4. A standard Will preparation with annual updates for the member. Family members have this available for an additional annual payment of $20.

• Your Provider Law Firm will render assistance, at a preferred rate of 25% below the normal hourly rate for legal services not otherwise covered by the membership.

• Even pre-existing matters are covered under the plan!
